We all know that exercise is good for the body, but sometimes getting our kids to do what's good for them can be challenging.  Movement classes allow kids to be creative and social while exercising their bodies and minds.  AMT and fitness coaches have training in Functional Behavioral Assessment, (ABA), Positive Behavioral Supports, Theory of Mind, Social Cognition, and Integrated Play Group, (IPG Model).  We will engage your child.  We will meet them where they are and bring them forward, bit by bit. Try a group class or ask about 1:1 Personal Training, or Fun Fitness for the whole family!

Music has many healing properties.  It can soothe us, inspire us, motivate us, and make us happy.  It accesses several parts of our brains and can influence our experiences.  It can help us to remember information and it can trigger other beneficial responses from our brains.  Moving our bodies to a specific rhythm, with specific directions can help our brains work better.  Getting the Right and Left Hemispheres of the brain to work together more effectively helps regulate  and calm our bodies so that they are more available for Input.
